The Whipping Boy by Sid Fleischman.
This is who it was about Prince Brat Jemmy the King Hold-Your-Nose Billy and his freind Cutwater. One night Prince Brat and Jemmy ran away! And they had dangares adventures includeing when they ran in to robers Hold-Your-Nose Billy and Cutwater! And I think I am going to start reading it again soon.
